For this edition of Shaken not Stirred, we are bringing you three of the most fiendishly delicious offerings from Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. This trio of spooktacular cocktails are the house specialities of The Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Fairmont Battery Wharf – created by the talented team of Fairmont mixologists.
The Witch’s Brew, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
75ml Bacardi Light
75ml Meyers Rum
35ml Bacardi 151
75ml Pineapple Juice
75ml Orange Juice
35ml Sour Mix
To prepare your Witch’s Brew, fill a large glass with ice and add all the ingredients stirring with a long spoon. When the colour has turned pink garish with jellied worms and serve with a straw.
Espresso Diablo, The Fairmont Waterfront
35ml Simple Syrup
To create this dark and tempting martini, add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with black licorice.
Pumpkin Cinn-Fusion, Fairmont Battery Wharf
30ml 10 Cane Rum – Cinnamon infused
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pumpkin Puree
Add the ingredients to a glass mug and pour over enough hot apple cider to fill the glass. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg. Drink to a backdrop of Vincent Price!
