Shaken Not Stirred – A cool winter warmer!

With Jack Frost nibbling at your toes why not try this warming Snowflake Cosmo from The Fairmont Waterfront? All you will need is…

Snowflake Cosmo

25ml Absolut Mandarin Vodka

25ml Absolut Citron Vodka

50ml Mulled Cranberry Juice (see below for details)

15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

Shake over ice and serve in a sugared Martini glass and garnish with three cranberries. Enjoy!

For the mulled cranberry juice, place 2 litres of cranberry juice, 1 sliced orange, 10 Cloves and  3 Cinnamon Sticks in a pan and bring all ingredients to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes the allow steep in the fridge for two days.
