Magnificently Mesmorizing Margherita when we were staying at the beautiful Viceroy Riviera Maya, Riviera Maya, Mexico, recently, soaking in the tranquillity of the ancient and primitive Mayan tropical forest, we came under the resort’s spell and before we knew it, we were jumping behind the bar, mixing up a few devilishly delicious cocktails of our own!
The Savoy’s Diamond Jubilee, this fizzy little number took pride of place at Royal Ascot recently, perfectly accompanying Fairmont Hotels & Resort’s Afternoon Tea developed by The Savoy’s Executive Sous Chef, Michael Stenekes for the Bessborough Restaurant.
Finally for that touch of nostalgia, sip a Yoko Fresh created for guests at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth to toast to John Lennon and Yoko’s Bed-in with an original Martini, created by the mixologists of the Voyageurs Bar.
