To help celebrate this great occasion, ‘Best Barman in the World’ – Slovakian Erik Lorincz, Head Barman of the American Bar at The Savoy London, has invented this tasty little number to help the day go with a punch….
The Great Goodwood Punch
- 45ml London Dry gin
- 20ml rhubarb juice
- 30ml cloudy apple juice
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 10ml yuzu juice
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
Pour all ingredients into punch bowl with ice, stir well and serve over ice in medium goblet or white wine glass. Garnish with 1 slice of cucumber disc and 1/2 fresh strawberry and enjoy!
