Shaken not Stirred: Purity H2O

Purity H2O

For this episode of Shaken not Stirred we are visiting the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv, to try their signature cocktail Purity H2O. This refreshing vodka based cocktail is made using the latest mixology technology – the cocktail siphon. The siphon creates a really deep infusion of flavours.

You will need for one cocktail:

  • 60 mls of Purity Vodka
  • 20 mls of Artesian water
  • 5 grams of Mint
  • 10 grams of Cucumber
  • 5 grams of Clementine

Method:

Add the vodka, water, mint, cucumber and clementine into the cocktail siphon. Charge it with pure H2O gas and allow 10 seconds for flavours to infuse. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass, garnished with a slice of cucumber – sit back and enjoy.  Cheers!
