For this episode of Shaken not Stirred, we bring you a fizzy little number named after everyone’s favorite festive foliage the Poinsettia. Made with champagne and cranberry juice this sparkling cocktail from Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will have you toasting Christmas in style.

Ingredients

Method

  • Combine juice and Cointreau, pour into champagne flute and top with champagne
  • Garnish with cranberries and enjoy!
